The Women's Cell at SPNREC ARARIA works to create a safe, supportive, and gender-sensitive
environment where women can work and study with dignity and confidence. Through
seminars, workshops, and awareness programs, it addresses issues related to women’s safety,
equality, and well-being.
As per the approval of the competent authority, the Institute Women's Cell-cum-Sexual
Harassment Committee has been constituted to uphold these objectives and ensure an
inclusive and secure campus environment
